Every DTC brand/seller wants to double their revenue on the Amazon marketplace but very few invest time & money in fixing the basic listing issues.
Fix the below 4 things and you will see an increase in organic sales in 60-90 days & ad sales in 15-30 days.
1. Product Images - Human brain processes images 60,000 times faster than text.
So make sure to give a complete product overview in the visual form with 6 images and 1 video.
2. Product Title - Time is precious, and users don’t want to waste time trying to figure out a product. They rely on optimized product titles to learn about your product quickly and decide if they want to pursue it any further.
Right product title can increase the CTR by 5x and an ill-structured title can lead to low discoverability and high ad spending.
Include 2-3 top category keywords.
3. Bullet Points - The user is in your shop now after clicking on your perfect image and title.
It’s time to sell the product.
Show your potential buyers highlights of your product - Features, Benefits, Dimensions, etc.
Your bullet points should assist customers in their decision process so make it clear & precise. Don’t overload them with textual descriptions.
Include 8-10 top category/product keywords.
4. A+ Content - Amazon says that A+ content helps increase the overall sales of a product by 3 – 10% on average.
Tell your brand story, highlight product benefits and features using lifestyle images and video and capture customers’ attention.
Amazon carries *millions* of products, so A+ helps you stand out from the competition.
Especially on mobile, this type of content is very visible and is sometimes even displayed above the product description.
